Our Professionals


While most of our professionals are no longer members of our club, they began with us and skated with us for many years. We are very proud of our professionals and love to see them living their dreams.

William Arbaugh

Will is our most recent skater to turn pro. He skated in the holiday show at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville during the 2022 holiday season and spent six months during 2023 and 2024 touring with Holiday on Ice where he performed in the Netherlands, Austria and France as well as South America.

Peige Dearnell

Peige is currently a professional figure skater, entertaining audiences around the world as a pair skater. She has completed 8 professional skating contracts, 5 of them on cruise ships with Royal Caribbean International. Her professional skating credits include Disney on Ice and Gaylord Opryland as well.

David Hall

David began touring with Disney on Ice in November of 2021 and has traveled not only across the U.S. but also across south-eastern Asia and South America. He’s currently on his fourth tour with Disney on Ice.

Ciara Pinckney

Ciara has been touring with Disney on Ice since March of 2017 and has appeared in many shows. She grew up skating at South Charleston Memorial Ice Arena and was a member of WV Synchro.

Alexis and JD Rappold

Pairs skaters JD and Alexis Rappold, two of our professionals, wearing pirate inspired outfits performing a spin in a show

Alexis and JD Rappold teamed up in 2010 after successful solo careers in figure skating and hockey, respectively. They competed at the 2012 and 2013 U.S. Figure Skating Championships as a novice pairs team. Not only did they meet and fall in love on the ice, they even got married on it! They have been skating at a wide variety of venues since turning pro in 2017 including

  • 9 contracts with Royal Caribbean Cruises
  • Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, 2023-2025
  • Opryland Resort
  • SeaWorld Orlando
  • Busch Gardens Tampa and Williamsburg
  • Taiwan’s Cirque Spectacular
  • Holiday on Ice in Germany
